Tehama County Department of Education – 527-5811 Rancho Tehama Elementary School – 585-2800. 17357 Stagecoach Road. Facilities are available to the community upon application at the office. Corning Union Elementary School District – 824-7700 Corning Union High School - 824-8000 Centennial High School – 824-7400 SERRF After School Program – Starts 8/23/07. Enrichment activities for children in the elementary school. Registration packets are at Rancho Tehama School or call 528-7381. “The Sky is not the limit nor are the stars.” VFW Post 11188 – An association of veterans. VFW Auxilliary Post 11188 – Penny McGee, President 585-2779; Beverly Kirby, Secretary, Betty van Roggen, Chaplain. Formed to help veterans and their families. Special projects: Welcome Wagon, Museum of Historical Items. Rancho Tehama Activity Foundation – Ken Cowden, President; Alta Cowden, Janice Menzies. Goal is to organize activities on the ranch and raise funds for them $$ For Kids – Nancy Daniel. Goal is to raise funds for children’s activities. Old Timers Fire Fighters – Jerry Carpenter Crafts Club – Vivian White. Weekly crafts sessions and projects. Drop-ins and new members welcome. Bunco Club – A group of 20 or so ladies who like to have fun throwing the dice. PAL’S Baseball – Regular scheduled games for boys and girls throughout July. Visit Fawn Meadows to support our youth. Rancho Tehama Autumn Bar-B-Que – Penny McGee, Coordinator. The September benefit this year is still the purchase of a changeable manual marquee to announce activities on the ranch. AA Meeting – Meets Sundays at 6:00 p.m. at the Rec Hall. Foodbox Program – Held the Monday after the 2nd Friday of each month from 12-2 p.m. at the Rec Hall.
