No one seems to know the exact number of people living in the Rancho Tehama Community, but given that over 600 post office boxes are in use, it is estimated at about 2,400. To serve the population, there are many Organizations and Businesses. Like in any small town, residents are concerned about Crime, our Children, and Safety.

ENLOE FLIGHTCARE MEMBERSHIP PLAN

The Rancho Tehama Association provides Group Insurance* in this plan to all of its members at a current cost of $25 per year for individuals and family units as well. Applications are available at the Office or call 530-225-6294 and say you are a member of Rancho Tehama.

*Provides 24-hour air ambulance service within a 75 mile radius of Enloe Medical Center for members either on the ranch or traveling. They are also eligible for the same terms of service while traveling in some other parts of the country.

Box rentals and services provided to members and residents by Rancho Tehama Association and its employees under contract with USPS and according to USPS regulations.

RECREATION HALL/COOK SHACK RESERVATIONS

$100 refundable deposit required for special events ($500 if alcohol to be served and public gatherings require a license). Call 530-585-2574.

8:00 a.m. until 4:20 p.m. every day (CLOSED FOR LUNCH 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.)

RANCHOTEHAMA.COM is a privately-owned internet site designed and operated entirely for the benefit of the more than 1600 member/owners of real property in Rancho Tehama, (a Planned Unit Development located in Tehama County, California) and the Rancho Tehama Association.
